Peach, Banana & Blueberry Sorbet
In the summertime, when peaches are in season and beautifully sweet, buy in bulk and leave on the bench for a week or so to become soft and slightly overripe. Then, simply peel away the skin, cut into chunks and freeze separately in an ice cube tray. That way, you can enough peaches all year around in smoothies, cobblers, pies or in this case, in a delicious and healthy sorbet.
