** Important Recipe Note ** - Dates are notoriously tricky for blenders due to their sticky texture. The MOD Blend Pro is certainly up to the task, however it's important to use the correct setting to avoid stalling. Simply use the pulse function, rather than allowing the blender to run continuously. You will only need to pulse about 5 times, for a total of no more than 30 seconds.
