If Fall was a smoothie, it would be this one. This cosy smoothie is perfectly spiced and tastes just like pumpkin pie.
There is no better start to the day then having a breakfast that is loaded with protein, fibre and antioxidants, that is refined sugar free yet tastes just like you are eating dessert.
Prep for this smoothie can be done in advance so it is perfect when you are short on time. Simply add all the dry ingredients to your blender jug ahead of time and when you are needing to race out the door, add the frozen and wet ingredients, blend, pour into a takeaway cup and head out the door!
